Gluten + Grain Free Granola

If you are anything like me nothing beats a good granola! Granola is so versatile, you can add to yogurt and berries and make a parfait, sprinkle on chia pudding, or heck just eat it straight out of the container if that tickles your fancy (don’t worry I won’t tell anyone 😉).

Trying to find a granola recipe that is both gluten free and grain free is nearly impossible!!! So I thought it can’t be that difficult to create a recipe myself, so I did! I decided to mix together all my favorite ingredients to make a yummy and healthy granola that everyone will love!

It is such a simple recipe that contains so many healthy an nutritious ingredients you just can’t go wrong! Just a few of the benefits of the ingredients in this simple granola include:

  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir
  4. Place the granola evenly on 2 baking sheets (parchment not necessary but you can defiantly use it if you prefer)
  5. Bake at 300°C for 45 mins or until a beautiful golden brown

If you are allergic or sensitive to any of these ingredients just add something that you can have in the same proportion to replace it!
